I joined Cocokind's team as a Shopify theme developer. The store sells skin care products with a highly customizable purchase experience. My primary responsibility was implementing new store designs into a fully functional store while providing support for the existing live theme. We successfully met the launch deadline. I also added customization options for all newly developed sections, enabling store owners to make changes in the future without the developer's intervention.

Some solutions I have developed to meet the design requirements include custom functionalities, such as site-wide sale and discount scripts, subscriptions, A/B testing support, customized product upsells on side cart and product pages, and integration of highly customized collections layout.

As apps are an integral part of any eCommerce store, I integrated them to extend functionalities for a product recommendation and custom fields for a custom product or collection experience. I also integrated Klaviyo for email marketing, recharge for order subscriptions, Okendo for product reviews, Yotpo for loyalty and referral programs, and a reusable box for shipping.

Steel and Pipes wanted to step into the eCommerce business with a vision to provide easy and secure access to their customers when COVID-19 hit the economy. Founded in 1979, the company has already been successful in the industrial steel market in Puerto Rico.

During the designing phase, I joined the team, providing in-depth knowledge of the Shopify platform to help create a design aligned with the platform. We agreed that a custom solution was needed because the store had some special requirements due to the nature of this hardware business. We completed this project and delivered a functional and customizable Shopify theme within the proposed eight-week time.

Additionally, I supported the team in importing and integrating a third-party database system that the store was already using for inventory management.

The project was a remarkable endeavor at the intersection of the museum industry and education, with a focus on history and the arts. Developed using a blend of WordPress, Bootstrap 4, ACF (Advanced Custom Fields), HTML, and CSS, this project seamlessly married technology and culture. The result was a captivating website that served as an educational portal and a digital gateway to the historical and artistic treasures housed within.

Probon.ch's development journey harnessed a carefully selected technology stack, including ACF and Gutenberg for content management, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap 5 for responsive design, and Vue.js to create a custom map feature. These technologies were strategically combined to realize Probon.ch's core mission: providing discount coupons and store locators across Switzerland. This diverse tech blend played a pivotal role in delivering a feature-rich, seamless user experience, making Probon.ch a valuable resource for Swiss shoppers and businesses.

The company has a mining and manufacturing business for chemicals used in healthcare, industrial, and pharmaceutical utilities. Their website needed to represent the company's vast portfolio with subtle animations. Webflow was chosen as the builder due to its versatility and flexibility. I was handed designs made in Adobe XD.

Remento is a science-backed tool for guiding and capturing family stories through conversation; it helps people discover, document, and more deeply appreciate their family stories in a new way. The website in Webflow CMS is developed mainly to market the iOS app. Given the nature of the website, it was essential for it to be built to facilitate easy maintenance and content updates.

Canis Athlete is a clothing and equipment store for extreme adventure activities.

The store was created in Engine Commerce, an old and outdated platform. The client wanted to transfer the store and its existing functionalities to a stable platform. Therefore it was moved to Shopify. I transferred the products and other settings from Engine Commerce and created fully editable themes for the new store.

I worked on Sapadilla, with the design provided by the client in Figma. I used advanced front-end tools and an approach like HTML5, Sass, and JavaScript to develop the website. So it is now compatible with all browsers and devices. I developed the store in Shopify, using Liquid as the template language. I also integrated various Shopify apps into the store to add more features.

I converted the client’s design into a fully functioning and editable store for the administrators. For the frontend, I used HTML5, CSS, and jQuery.
For the backend, I used Liquid Template as the store was created in Shopify. Some custom apps were also integrated into the store for additional functionalities. There were many code-intensive custom solutions introduced for the complex theme design.

The client gave the design for Cancer Tutor in Figma. I used HTML, Sass, and JavaScript to develop front end for this fully responsive website which is compatible with all modern hand-held devices. FlexBox Layout was used to automate the responsive elements on the pages to arrange themselves. I integrated the front end into the WordPress CMS for this project to make use of the flexibility and reliability of a proven platform.

The clients provided the design in InVision. I crafted their frontend using HTML5 and CSS3. A simple yet elegant design displayed via FlexBox, a plugin of jQuery. Foundation 6 was used for the production of the website from scratch to live. Foundation 6 includes all the essentials components like JS elements, sliders, and switches. This also allows us to make our own grids and layouts.
