The client needed a detailed business case report that could be generated on the go and contains all the information required to make a decision on whether to convert an idea to a project.
This involved the process of understanding the client requirements, translating this into a visual technical solution, and demonstrating the intended outcome meets the customer requirements.
I created a mockup explaining the various features such as stakeholoder, financial, and other business-critical information that would show up in the report such as grids, cross tabs, graphs, and so on. I also developed the report on the agreed mockup and the client was super happy and excited about this report.

Creation of Power BI Reports that Depict Clarity KPIs
We needed to connect Power BI to a CA PPM database and display various KPIs in Power BI dashboards. As part of the requirements, we created more than 20 Power BI reports, e.g., late milestones, late tasks with assignments, allocation compliance by month, projects by stage and manager, and more.

Convert Reports From a Data Warehouse Schema to a PPM Schema
CA PPM contains out-of-the-box reports that are created in a data warehouse (DWH) schema. These do not display real-time data until and unless DWH jobs are run. As a result, most of the clients want the reports to be in real-time.
I have converted more than ten complex reports from a DWH schema to a transactional schema (PPM). This involved converting underlying report queries to use transactional tables and its related views, functions, and so on.
We created two report versions: one that is compatible with the Oracle database and another compatible with a PostgreSQL database. This required expertise in both Oracle and PostgreSQL.
