Wall Assembling Machine

This automated machine is designed to streamline the assembly of wooden walls for a home-building company based in the USA. It efficiently handles the precise positioning, fastening, and quality control of wall components, ensuring consistency and accuracy in construction. The system automates key tasks such as cutting, nailing, and joining panels, reducing manual labor and improving production speed. Once assembled, these prefabricated walls are transported to the construction site for quick and efficient installation, significantly enhancing the overall building process.

PET Recycling Line

This production line is specifically designed to recycle old PET bottles, transforming waste into reusable materials through an efficient and automated process.

I developed the complete software and hardware for this project, ensuring seamless integration of control systems, sensors, and automation technologies. The software manages key processes such as sorting, shredding, washing, and reprocessing the PET material, optimizing efficiency and reducing waste.

Additionally, I actively supported the commissioning of this prototype line, fine-tuning system performance, troubleshooting technical challenges, and ensuring smooth operation to meet project requirements.

Development of New HMI Design Using WinCC Unified Platform

Spearheaded the migration of an existing HMI system from an outdated Siemens platform to the newly introduced WinCC Unified system. This process involved a complete redesign and redevelopment of the HMI, ensuring compatibility with modern technologies and improved user experience.

I reworked the interface, optimized functionality, and conducted thorough testing to ensure seamless integration with the existing automation environment. Additionally, I provided hands-on support during the system startup, troubleshooting any issues and implementing continuous improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and usability.

Multi-platform Charging Station

Developed a control system to manage eight interconnected charging stations, all integrated into a centralized master system. The system facilitated efficient charging management, real-time monitoring, and seamless communication between the stations and the master controller.

To achieve this, I implemented communication with the battery management system (BMS) using CANbus for real-time data exchange, enabling precise control over charging parameters such as voltage, current, and temperature monitoring. Additionally, EtherCAT ensured high-speed communication and synchronization between the charging stations and the master system, allowing for coordinated operation and minimal latency.

The software architecture was designed to support dynamic load management, fault detection, and remote diagnostics, ensuring reliability and safety. The system was extensively tested and optimized to enhance performance, improve energy efficiency, and provide a scalable solution for managing multiple charging points.
