The app has reached an impressive milestone of over 100 million users and has garnered a fantastic 4.0 rating from around 2.7 million reviewers on Google Play. It's owned by the renowned Reddit company, which holds the 20th spot as the most-visited website globally and the 6th most-visited in the US. With revenue exceeding $700 million, it's evident that the app has made a significant impact.

Overcoming the complexity of the large codebase was no easy feat, but I managed to analyze and master it myself. As a native Android developer proficient in Android SDK, Kotlin, and Java, I used my skills to enhance the app's functionality and user experience. It was a rewarding experience, and I'm proud to have made the app successful.

As part of my responsibilities, I contributed to developing an eSIM sales app that seamlessly integrates with plans offered by international telecom providers and the app was built using Flutter, with Firebase for the back end (BaaS).

Throughout the project, I took charge of the app's implementation, and one particular achievement is a source of great pride. By advising the CEO to adopt Firebase, I reduced the project budget by an impressive 50%. This strategic decision enabled us to leverage Firebase's robust features while significantly optimizing costs. I am pleased to have made a valuable contribution that ensured the app's functionality and delivered substantial savings for the organization.

ApnaKlub (Flutter) empowers its partners in semi-urban and rural areas by providing organized supply and digital tools so that they can build an efficient micro-business catering to the needs of shopkeepers and large families around them.

I managed the mobile team and undertook the responsibility of effectively leading and guiding the team towards becoming internationally recognized, quality-oriented software engineers.
