- Configured, deployed, maintained, and supported over five venues simultaneously connected via IPSec tunneling. These venues include Amalie Arena, Embarc Collective, Xtraice, practice arenas, and a mall location.
- Tracked and fixed issues utilizing Auvik, Wireshark, Fluke devices, and Cisco's command-line interface.
- Designed and accomplished Cisco system upgrades, UPS deployment, and built-in redundancy in all end devices in under two weeks.
- Evaluated and deployed network monitoring tools for maximum uptime and designed proactive response procedures.

- Took over a poorly maintained and undocumented network, improved its productivity and speed, and streamlined associated processes. I established a 99.9% uptime network and designed plans for future growth.

- Maintained all control room game-time IP configurations and ensured full operation of all nodes in the environment for all hockey games and events, including IP-based LED systems, HVAC control, and retail POS and tactical deployment operations.
- Deployed, oversaw, managed, and troubleshot 1,100 node IPTV systems daily for all events inside the 19,000-person venue.
- Designed, evaluated, and oversaw the installation of four new 21-inch wide LED video boards, integrating them over IP for control and into IPTV controllers to allow A/V over IP to be delivered.
