Experience

  • Sounds True One
    http://one.soundstrue.com

Sounds True One is a video courses application designed for the publishing company Sounds True. As a developer for Sounds True One, I was responsible for the creation and implementation of key user-facing pages utilizing Next.js and Tailwind CSS. My contributions included the development of onboarding flows, community pages, and browse pages for various classes and videos. These pages were designed to provide an intuitive user experience, allowing for easy navigation and access to the website's wide range of offerings. Additionally, I also played a key role in the project's back end, working with GraphQL to add new queries as needed to ensure that the website could efficiently handle and retrieve the necessary data for the user-facing pages, providing a smooth and seamless experience for users.

  • Pega Cosmos
    https://design.pega.com/

A component library was created using React for Pegasystem's new applications. The library is written with TypeScript and makes heavy use of Styled-components to have a scalable theming system. The library, since I've begun working on it, has grown from one package to six. Each is built separately from our mono repo and deployed to NPM.

  • Chewy Autoship
    https://chewy.com

If you've used Autoship with the pet website Chewy, you've probably used features I worked on. While working at Chewy, I worked on a few new features for Autoship, including a 1-click attach to Autoship, Chewy Fresh for Autoship, new layouts and flows for the page, integration with bundled items. The work on the front end was all done in view, and I also had the opportunity to write some functionality on the backend in Kotlin/Java.
