I developed a web application for the overseas express shipping company and its clients. I served as a development lead, DB designer, and administrator, using technologies like Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2, among others.

I wrote project documentation and formal proposals/offers based on the customer's requests. Furthermore, I helped and advised the customer on project scope and phases: the approach was based on best practices/past experiences from similar projects.

I was awarded "The European IT Excellence Awards 2011" in the "Solution Provider–Mobility" category, which recognizes business solutions developed in mobility, communications, and new ways of managing business processes and increasing the productivity/profitability of customers.

I developed business internet applications for the Ministry of Economy, Labor, and Entrepreneurship in Croatia. I also contributed to developing the central information system to monitor the process of awarding grants to small businesses.

The idea is not to waste time searching for information. The FirMax application is connected to the database of the Croatian financial service www.firmoteka.hr and therefore opens a world of new business opportunities.

It is a functional application that helps you find the right partner in Croatia, either a customer or a supplier. The app also allows you to find your target group: you can search for companies using one of 35 filters such as location, revenue, number of employees, etc. Additionally, the app allows you to get insight into the financial data of business partners in Croatia for the past several years and enter and monitor all activities and future actions, notes, remarks. You can manage all your tasks through to-do lists in FirMax.
