Work Experience
Development Team Leader
Pluriva S.R.L.
- Developed a warehouse management system with a dynamic allocation of products on the storage location.
- Built an app that implements a ticketing system.
- Created the integration between different accounting systems and the management application.
Experience
Ticketing App
The app automatically creates tickets from emails and phone calls, integrating with external communication systems while also allowing users to log requests manually. Additionally, it supports the generation of recurring tasks, enabling the automated creation of tickets for scheduled maintenance or repetitive tasks. The app provides a user-friendly interface for managing, assigning, and tracking tickets, ensuring that service requests are addressed promptly and efficiently.
The system features real-time notifications, customizable workflows, and detailed reporting capabilities. This ticketing app significantly improved service efficiency, helping businesses respond to issues faster and with greater accountability.
Inventory
Using ASP.NET, I designed a user-friendly interface that allows warehouse staff to manage stock levels, categorize items, and track inventory movements across multiple locations. With Microsoft Stored Procedures, I optimized complex inventory queries to ensure fast retrieval and manipulation of large data sets. Entity Framework facilitated smooth interaction with the database, allowing for streamlined data access and manipulation.
This module integrates seamlessly with other ERP components like procurement and sales, ensuring up-to-date stock availability and reducing instances of overstocking or stockouts, ultimately improving inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
Pluriva Warehouse Management
Key features include real-time tracking of stock movements across multiple warehouses, automated location-based storage allocation, and integration with Inventory and Production modules to ensure smooth flow of materials. The system allows warehouse operators to process goods receipts, transfers, and dispatches efficiently, with the ASP.NET interface offering an intuitive and user-friendly experience.
To handle high volumes of data related to stock levels, transactions, and storage locations, I optimized performance using Microsoft Stored Procedures, particularly for processes like stock audits and bulk transfers. Entity Framework further ensured that all warehouse data could be easily accessed and managed, making the system both scalable and easy to maintain. This module significantly improved warehouse accuracy, operational efficiency, and real-time visibility into stock levels and locations.
RESTful Web API
Security is enforced through token-based authentication (OAuth) and role-based authorization, ensuring only authorized users can access sensitive data. The API also supports pagination, filtering, and sorting for optimized performance with large datasets. Built with versioning, it guarantees backward compatibility, allowing for future expansions without disrupting current integrations. This Web API component enhances the ERP system’s interoperability, enabling smooth integration with third-party applications, mobile platforms, and cloud services.
Web Service
The web service provides secure access to the ERP system’s core functions, allowing external systems to perform operations like data retrieval, updates, and processing through standardized service calls. It supports multiple data formats, including XML and JSON, ensuring flexibility in communication. To enhance performance and scalability, I implemented data access through Entity Framework, allowing efficient interaction with the ERP’s database while utilizing Microsoft Stored Procedures for high-performance tasks like complex queries and bulk data operations.
This web service component enables a connected ecosystem, allowing our ERP system to integrate with mobile apps, cloud-based services, and other enterprise platforms, significantly extending its functionality and scalability.
