HR Tuition Reimbursement Community

An employee portal servicing over 50 thousand employees to get reimbursed for tuition, find schools and classes, and report education progress. Built the app on Salesforce Community Cloud and Service Cloud with a custom UI, extensive batch processing, and single sign-on capabilities.

State Unemployment Public Site

A public state-owned website allowing residents to file unemployment claims, track claims progress, and manage payments. This website was a Salesforce Community integrated with Mulesoft and back-end mainframes. Salesforce Lightning components were the primary assets included in the project.

My role was to architect and plan implementation, lead the development team, and prepare the go-live strategy.

Industry Data Import App

An AppExchange application to connect datasets from global data providers with a customer Salesforce organization for data importing and intelligence. This application used OAuth to authenticate Salesforce and the service, REST APIs, and batch processing. It also included admin panels, an install wizard, custom UIs, and components for users to place on record pages.
