Bizagi
- Played a crucial role on the original team that designed, architected, and developed Bizagi, which was named a leader in the Forrester Wave for digital process automation.
- Designed, implemented, and led the development of the Bizagi modules that are the core of the current product. I did this while serving as a software architect and developer.
- Designed and created new products, such as artificial intelligence, business insights, and sites for the next version of the product. I did this while serving as a research director.
- Served as an engineering director for almost three years, leading 100 people who were developing the product.
- Planned and executed product changes to get the first FedRamp authorization for the company's cloud offering. The ability to sell to the US federal segment was a huge milestone for the company. I did this while serving as an engineering director.
- Planned and managed key projects for global customers, such as DHL, and delivered them on time with a well-defined scope, excellent quality, and outstanding feedback from customers. I did this as a technical director, leading ten people.
