Led the digital transformation program's strategy, roadmap, architecture, and pre-sales activities for a large financial services organization as part of the advisory and strategy team. The program scope was split into the following three main work streams:

The first was migrating over 20 terabytes of sensitive and secured data from on-premise network drives and servers to the Microsoft 365 platform. The migration was done while maintaining, streamlining, and enhancing its security and permissions, driving enhanced collaboration on the cloud and leveraging SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive. Governance and compliance were the paramount focus of the migration.

The second was integrating with the broad internal enterprise systems in phases, focusing on automation and process enhancements using the no code/low code Microsoft Power Platform Center of Excellence.

The third was overhauling the intranet for all departments, surfacing and integrating data and information across the organization.

I oversaw the data migration, information and security policies compliance, partner, vendors, and stakeholders' management while working with C-level executives, project managers, and business and technical cross-functional teams.

Designed and executed a comprehensive adoption strategy for
Microsoft Teams, aligning with the organization's vision for improved collaboration. I defined success metrics, user journeys, and governance frameworks, ultimately leading to a successful rollout and establishing a strong foundation for subsequent projects. This engagement generated additional projects, including a Microsoft Dynamics upgrade and a custom application modernization initiative, resulting in 20% revenue growth.
