- Developed the ticket-management system. The robot scans the portals of telco providers and checks their systems for any updates or new entries of customer tickets. Those changes are then collected and transferred to the network owner and passed on to the service desk team. Because of this solution, the employees don´t have to check the updates manually and can focus on dealing with actual cases that have been updated recently.
- Created a data mining robot. Browse, collect, store, and sort the job opportunities offered by different companies based on input parameters. It's useful to keep track of the market situation while looking for new opportunities for your talents.
- Implementation RPA using chatbots.
- Worked with other platforms including BluePrism and Automation Anywhere.
- Wrote custom activities for UiPath using C#.

The robot tested both the front-end and back-end. Those scripts saved hundreds of hours so far and they are saving more every week.

Form Filler
The requirement was to create a robot that is able to fill a form. This form is filled by custom data around fifteen times a day and it takes around five minutes to fill one of them. The robot is able to fill it in less than half a minute and the QA team can focus on more tasks that require more human logic.

The robot deploys the new version of the decision system solution with all relative tasks, update the SVN, inform the users, and uphold deployment best practices and structure.
