An RPA implementation feeds the client's marketing consent details to the core banking system. Marketing consents are collected from the clients paper-based, and the consent details are extracted with the agent's help and registered to the SQL server, which RPA bots read from the table with all the consent details.

I analyzed, developed, and tested more than ten processes developed for several departments within the organization. In terms of ad operations, I automated the download of ad data that will be aired on the TV channels from the advertiser's website. I also uploaded the ad data to the core application called Wide Orbit. As for finance, I contributed to the processes for the month-end close. I also created various reports based on the HR data.

An RPA implementation that enters all the traffic instructions for the TV commercials of more than thirty TV stations received in PDF format from nationwide advertisers.

The process has three essential pillars, downloading all the traffic instruction files from the OTSM (Advertiser) website and making some additional verification like a week control or if that file was downloaded/used before saving the pdf files to the RPA robots execution folder. After the download, bots extract the traffic data from the PDF files and add it to the orchestrator queue. At the final stage, bots enter the traffic details into the Wide Orbit application.

An RPA implementation gathers the log files of TV commercials shown from 78 different stations every morning, uploads them to the core application called Wide Orbit, and reconciles them for the month-end operations.

An RPA project implementation is integrated into the Bank's SWIFT infrastructure, which converts the corporate customers' payment files from XML to TXT file format and uploads them to the Bank's payment infrastructure.

An RPA implementation helps internal, working-from-home users to unlock their accounts and change their passwords via WhatsApp without interacting with helpdesk staff.

After the RPA implementation, users started to manage their accounts from their mobile phones without contacting the help desk team. Robots get password change requests via WhatsApp messages, change their passwords, and send via SMS to the user's registered mobile phones. A similar process is also valid for account unlock. When robots get the request, they unlock the account and send the results via a WhatsApp message.
