The Estée Lauder Companies is a global leader in prestige beauty, owning 20+ iconic brands, including Estée Lauder, MAC, Clinique, and La Mer. Operating in 150+ countries and territories, their digital presence is critical to customer acquisition, brand experience, and eCommerce growth. Each brand under the Estée Lauder Companies umbrella has its own identity, marketing strategy, and localized content requirements, making digital scalability and consistency a significant challenge.

I was brought in as a front-end architect and senior developer to lead the design and development of a new multi-brand, multi-region front-end architecture. The goal was to create a unified platform to serve all the Estée Lauder Companies brands across multiple markets without compromising brand identity, speed, or maintainability.

Premier Inn, part of the Whitbread Group, is one of the UK's largest hotel chains, with 800+ properties across the UK and a growing international presence. Known for providing affordable, high-quality accommodation, Premier Inn serves millions of customers yearly through its physical locations and online booking platform. The digital experience is critical to their business, handling everything from real-time room availability and bookings to loyalty accounts and corporate travel.

I was brought on as the front-end architect and lead developer for a high-impact modernization project to revamp Premier Inn's web booking platform. The primary goal was to replace their legacy front end with a modern, modular, and maintainable architecture while ensuring seamless integration with complex back-end systems like Oracle Opera PMS, which handles hotel operations, inventory, and reservations.

Architected and developed the front end for TrueEX, an innovative platform enabling banks and large financial institutions to trade interest rate swaps. Built using React, Redux, and WebSockets, the platform supports real-time execution, order books, and position monitoring with sub-second latency. I collaborated with back-end teams to deliver a compliant, scalable, and high-performance trading experience trusted by institutional clients.
