Problem Statement
A well-known insurance company was heavily invested in the Salesforce platform across the entire organization. It wanted to build its entire campaigning and lead nurturing process and customer support in Salesforce by leveraging sales, marketing, service, and community cloud features.

Solution Implemented
• Created a roadmap of release phases, targeting clients' requirements based on priority.
= Extended partner community and sales cloud to create and manage offline and online campaigns in Salesforce and add-on functionality to notify target audience using marketing cloud email and SMS services.
• Integrated multi-channel lead forms like web-based, email-based, referral-based, third-party integration, and official website in the Sales cloud. Auto assignments of incoming lead to the agents based on their campaign details.

eCommerce Platform

Problem Statement
An emerging multinational eCommerce platform wanted to leverage the Salesforce platform, including sales and marketing cloud features, to digitize seller information and customer engagements to attain the below pain points:

• Seller's KPI, including sales cloud.
• Customer feedback, sales, and marketing cloud.
• Engaging and procuring customer base.
• Regional promotional email.

Solution Implemented
Integrated core-system with the sales cloud to gather information on top sellers based on regional criteria and created a highly configurable tool for the regional team to enter their seller's filter points. These are then applied to the seller's information to generate KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly, visualized through reports. The functionality provided allowed the regional team to create survey information for developing dynamic templates in the sales cloud and the marketing team to trigger surveys via the marketing cloud, track customer responses, and sync with the sales cloud.

Each step involves various customer lifecycle journeys to engage and nurture customers. Automations are in place to notify customers of upcoming sales and offers on eCommerce platforms.
