On-call Schedule Custom Solutions

I developed a custom solution for the on-call schedule app in ServiceNow as per company requirements. It was helpful for the org working shift team and generated escalation that sent notifications, SMS, and calls.

I also built a full custom solution that generated a call, SMS, or email based on the requirements. It doesn't depend on the on-call schedule module. Instead, it takes a specific capability and then generates the appropriate response accordingly.

Zoom API Integration with ServiceNow

Developed a Zoom integration that checks the app whenever a request is submitted for any user to access Zoom. First, it enters the Zoom app to check if the user exists. If not, it won't provide access to the user; otherwise, it sends the email to the user.
