    If anything impacting the database triggers an email to ServiceNow and requires creating one ticket with the same details, it won't be able to create it with the help of this tool.

  • Zoom API Integration with ServiceNow

    Developed a Zoom integration that checks the app whenever a request is submitted for any user to access Zoom. First, it enters the Zoom app to check if the user exists. If not, it won't provide access to the user; otherwise, it sends the email to the user.
