Wendron

Wendron is one of my first projects and was created in 2013. It is a tool that is still used today for ad hoc and massive communications in QVC Italy. Created using Excel + VBA (information stored and retrieved in an MS Access DB), it can import data from CSV, Excel files, and the clipboard. It uses hundreds of templates stored in the database to either quickly compose an answer to customer inquiries, send massive (e.g., marketing) emails, print massive communication letters, or create CSV files used by the IT department to send SMS messages to customers. It features an internal searching engine, fast creation of templates, and extra features dedicated to customer services (e.g., a button for auto-login to operational sites like the courier partner).
