I managed the end-to-end configuration, scale-up, roll-out, and operations of the Windows hearing screener and kiosk to 1,500 stores across the United States, ensuring seamless deployment and optimal performance.

I oversaw all phases of the software engineering cycle for our products and managed the supporting Azure cloud infrastructure. I also led the design and development of supplemental services, including the automation of headset calibration, the operations dashboard, device status service, and data analytics. I utilized MDM (mobile device management) and TeamViewer to remotely set up, manage, and support the devices used in the field, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime.

During this project, I collaborated with multiple teams, including those in marketing, legal, sales force coordination, and microservices development.

I built, connected, and deployed consumer, producer, and streaming connectors. I also developed an ETL pipeline capable of extracting data from a data lake, processing it via lambda functions, and relaying it to a streaming platform I configured.

I implemented a microservice that integrates an external system with internal systems. The microservice is deployed via CI/CD in a Kubernetes cluster and is accessible via Azure API Gateway. It is also implemented using TypeScript and the NestJS framework.
