Mobile App that Helps Restaurants Reduce Food Waste

A React Native app that shows users excess food from local restaurants that are offering it at a discount to reduce food waste. I was the lead mobile and web developer that created the architecture and built the user-facing mobile application as well as the business-facing web portal.

If you'd like to review my work, here’s a link where you can download a dev version of GoodBite from TestFlight:

https://testflight.apple.com/join/Ao54eqFh

Note that when you download and install the app, the name of the app will be “cartwheel” because it’s pointed to a dev environment and not production.

Once you open the app, when you see the “Select an Area” screen, select “Los Angeles County” so you can see everything.

You can also use the following test credit card to go through the purchasing flow.

#: 4242 4242 4242 4242
csv: 123
zip: 90000

Everything else you can play around with and hopefully it’s intuitive!

A landing page for a paralegal agency.

I designed, built, and shipped the website using React and Firebase. I also implemented the contact form back-end functionality which forwards the website contact message directly to the agency owner through SendGrid.
