I successfully implemented a comprehensive BI project, overseeing the end-to-end development of a data warehouse for the country’s largest telecommunications company. This included integrating diverse datasets, designing a robust infrastructure, and developing ETL processes with detailed tracking mechanisms.

To enhance data accessibility and usability, I created intuitive data visualization areas, making insights easily understandable for business users. This initiative improved efficiency across all departments, enabling them to communicate in a unified data-driven language. Additionally, I leveraged Oracle’s built-in machine learning algorithms to analyze customer data, leading to valuable insights and a higher retention rate.

As a key project member, I was the only team member involved in every stage—from initial discussions with the outsourcing consultancy team to execution—ensuring seamless coordination and successful implementation.

The company makes reports for the country's communication regulatory commission.

Those reports are from all departments, with a wide variety of data and source types. Collecting those reports and checking them was difficult, and there has a high probability of mistakes.

I made a centralized system where users had different options for importing data. Some were automatically calculated, some were imported by excel, inserted with simple data entry, and others.

In case of changes, old data is kept for comparison.
Every report is only accepted after double-checking and approval of the supervisor.
Users are reminded if they have forgotten uploading or approving.

All data is centralized in one DB and is easily accessible.

Also, in the same web portal where data is integrated, there is a snowflake schema-based visualization part, which allows one to check data trends and find possible problems.

After all, this project made the process of high importance much more accessible and transparent.

After the company's acquisition, there was a need to transfer and consolidate reports and data visualizations from SSRS to OBIEE.

We learned data from a new company during the project and integrated data from MS SQL to Oracle. We transferred snowflake, star schema-based reports/visualizations, and reports from direct database queries.

In response to manual data consolidation and reporting inefficiencies, we developed the Automated Consolidated Financial Reporting System to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and real-time insights.

Traditionally, financial reporting required gathering data from multiple sources, relying on manual input, and managing the complexities of Excel spreadsheets, which led to errors and inefficiencies.

Our solution replaces this cumbersome process with a streamlined, automated system that ensures data integrity, reduces manual effort, and provides dynamic Tableau visualizations for better decision-making. This transformation enables businesses to access reliable financial insights more efficiently, improving overall reporting processes.

I led the end-to-end development of the BI infrastructure for a SaaS company operating as a one-person BI department. I integrated all data sources into Snowflake, designing and implementing ETL processes using Fivetran, API integrations, and dbt. I also ensured data quality by establishing rigorous validation and monitoring mechanisms, guaranteeing accuracy and consistency across all pipelines.

To drive data accessibility and insights, I built dashboards in visualization tools for both internal teams and external customers. Collaborating closely with business users, I developed dynamic and intuitive visualizations tailored to their needs. I also implemented user-based row-level security, embedding these dashboards into our website to provide secure and personalized analytics experiences.

Beyond visualization, I facilitated seamless data sharing by managing data exports and replications from Snowflake, ensuring stakeholders had the right data at the right time. By centralizing and optimizing the BI ecosystem, I empowered data-driven decision-making across the organization.
