An MVP initiative initiated with a comprehensive and highly crucial governance and architecture strategy for a public service company with 30,000 employees. It played a pivotal role in facilitating collaborative discussions with the client. This process involved making critical decisions about technology choices, defining business personas, specifying source systems and connectivity requirements, establishing security roles, outlining space design approaches, establishing naming conventions, and addressing other essential considerations. Subsequently, we selected an end-to-end business case for assessment and implementation in SAP Datasphere.

I was a solution architect, lead, and SAP analytics specialist consultant. Through this approach, my primary contribution was proactively identifying and addressing various risks and issues early on. This foresight allowed for the timely implementation of practical solutions, enabling the management of stakeholder expectations, understanding their priorities, and addressing pain points with precision.

Developed a dashboard to track the launch of an ophthalmological product and procedure to market. The client was a US pharma company, Genentech, and the stakeholder was the sales and marketing manager of the ophthalmology division.

As a project lead, I collaborated with a project manager who was the Agile methodology steward, the client's stakeholders, and the offshore development team. We followed the Agile methodology.

The dashboard included physicians' training tracking on the new procedure, sales representatives' agenda, and, once launched, a separate section for multiple sales-related key performance indicators (KPIs).

Throughout the project, I navigated through multiple requirements, addressed definition gaps, and mitigated delays. Despite these challenges, the project was delivered successfully, ensuring the timely deployment of the dashboard. The live dashboard met and exceeded the data insights and requirements established by the sales manager, analysts, and representatives, contributing significantly to the overall success of the product launch.

Conducted an in-depth analysis of the factors contributing to persistent and significant fluctuations in the registration process for new bone marrow donors in Argentina. Employing a variety of open sources, including web scraping of local digital newspapers, exploration of the bone marrow donor database, examination of posts in relevant Facebook pages, and utilization of other pertinent channels, I sought to identify the key drivers influencing the registration patterns.
