Experience

B2B Commerce Platform for Cargill

Cargill is the largest privately-held company in the US, which connects farmers with markets, customers with ingredients, and people and animals with the food they need to thrive.

The project's goal was to build a B2B online platform so customers could browse and buy products, contact their sales agent or service representative, and view their active contracts.

The microservice-based project via Salesforce B2B Commerce was integral in defining the product and account model and various entitlements. We implemented using a headless commerce architecture, where all interaction happens via an API layer.

I played a Salesforce B2B Commerce domain architect and helped set up the continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) process, and designed a data model and API contracts. I also contributed to the project's development and implementation, data load jobs, and planning development and releases.

UPS Customer Engagement Center | Service Cloud

United Parcel Service (UPS) is an American multinational shipping and supply chain management company.

The goal of this project is to enhance the existing application to provide better support to customers and improve agent efficiency, which involves:
• Ability to view all customer interactions regardless of channel, allowing CCRs to understand the customer needs.
• Ability to communicate updates and resolutions using the customer's preferred communication channel to improve customer experience and increase efficiency.
• Assist CCRs, using guided flows and knowledge to find the correct information for the customer.
• Enhanced reporting and analytics to understand our customer needs.

It is a highly innovative Lightning web component-based, multilingual user interface built on Service Cloud. Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, CTI integration, the routing engine, and the knowledge approval process, to name a few, are part of the entire solution. This system is built for worldwide release to all UPS centers.

I was involved in driving story refinement, solution, designing, implementation, and review. I actively participated in deployments and countrywide rollouts.

IQVIA Smart Labeling | AppExchange App

IQVIA is a world leader in using data, technology, advanced analytics, and expertise to help customers drive healthcare and human health forward. They prepare customers to meet the challenges of more data, more
regulations, disparate systems, and intense cost pressures with a new, integrated approach to compliance.

The goal of the project was to build a highly configurable and customizable enterprise system for label creation, review, and delivery to healthcare agencies, which helps clients manage documentation (e.g., labels) for their medical products, which in turn allows them to launch their products faster in a new market and subsequently manage the necessary updates efficiently.

Implementation required integration among Salesforce, Heroku, DMS, and structured content authoring using MuleSoft as ESB.

I worked as a principal architect, leading entire technical solutions by coordinating with clients and different track leads. I was also involved in initial POCs for making intelligent decisions about products and technical stacks.

Partner and Customer Community

The client is a financial firm that deals with the insurance and funds of customers. They have many partners and a large customer base. The client wanted a portal where partners could see how the business is doing, and their pipeline and where customers could see their insurance history, pay their premium, ask a question or log a support case.

A VF community was implemented using partner and customer plus licenses to fulfill the business needs.

My role was as the lead developer.

IHS Markit | Salesforce Implementation

IHS Markit is a global information provider that collects information across different verticals and domains.

The project was about defining and implementing the unified business process (sales, support, and marketing) using Salesforce when mergers happened between IHS and Markit. Lightning experience and custom lightning components were used extensively.
