Setup Salesforce and complete business process automation (lead-to-cash) for a private air company. This included Sales Cloud, custom quoting solution, customer and vendor portals, and vendor API integrations.

Marketing Cloud Journey Builder Custom Action

Developed a custom Journey Builder action for Marketing Cloud. The custom action is responsible for integrating over API with one of the SMS providers and ensuring that Journey prospects can be notified via SMS.

PayPal and Stripe API Integration

Developed PayPal and Stripe integrations for a client with an existing Salesforce implementation. They needed integration with these two payment processors to capture orders, recurring subscriptions, and up-sells within Salesforce Opportunities.

HelloSign and PayTrace API Integration

Developed a custom quote acceptance solution that combined a HelloSign embedded signing solution (over API and not an out-of-the-box app) and a PayTrace payment gateway for immediate payment capture and authorization.

Zendesk and Mixpanel Integration

I delivered a custom Zendesk and Mixpanel integration with Salesforce. The client had a real-life issue of having to combine data from various systems to get a 360-degree view of a customer in the form of a management report.

I worked on the custom Zendesk integration over a REST API (which replaced an out-of-the-box one as it was too heavy for Salesforce limits and did not provide the desired functionality). Along with Zendesk, I also brought the Mixpanel report data to the customer level in Salesforce.
