This was a Google Apps Script project in which I used the functionality of properties services to create a custom function that allowed users to store any specific sheet functions as variables and use them several times in very complex sheets by only calling the configured variable name instead of the actual function. I worked alone on this project because I identified a need for improved readability when dealing with nested functions. This project aims to enhance the readability and maintainability of complex sheet functions used by businesses and enterprises in their spreadsheet files.

A simple Google Sheets add-on for extracting and editing any conditional formatting and then applying it to another range from the existing sheet tab or to another sheet tab in the file. I leveraged Google Apps Script and HTML for the sidebar functionality. I developed this project while assisting a client who needed to transfer a conditional formatting setup to another spreadsheet file programmatically. I decided to create an add-on with an interface that can accommodate multiple conditional formatting setups, making it more flexible and user-friendly. This tool highlighted several small features missing in Google Sheets, and I leveraged those insights to enhance its functionality.

Swiftoogle is a simple web application designed to help you decipher the cryptic acronyms often found in Taylor Swift's songs. Using the Google Sheets API, it searches through a comprehensive database of Taylor Swift's lyrics, providing you with potential interpretations of the acronyms.

At the start of the Eras Tour, I noticed many fans receiving friendship bracelets featuring acronyms from Taylor Swift songs. Many needed help deciphering these acronyms. Developing a solution for this was challenging, especially since I worked alone. I had to expand my knowledge of regex and search logic to create a flexible database for the songs. This database needed to accommodate new albums, as Taylor Swift continues to release them during the ongoing Eras Tour.

The Animal Clinic Administration System addresses critical concerns of the clinic owner, including slow management of medical stocks, missed client reminders, and sluggish medical record keeping. It features a customizable inventory module tailored to clinic standards, real-time SMS notifications, and electronic medical records modules for efficient health record management.

As the lead programmer for this software, I worked on the medical recording, scheduling, reminder, and SMS features, as well as sections of the inventory, database design, implementation for each module, and UX and UI features. One of the challenges we faced was that the tool was designed for local use, not cloud-based, based on the clinic's needs and requirements. This occasionally caused delays in our weekly schedule due to unforeseen challenges. However, we managed to stay on track, meet our deadlines, and successfully deploy the software on schedule. I take particular pride in the clinic's decision to adopt the modernized logo I designed for the software, prominently displaying it on their storefront sign. Overall, my efforts significantly sped up the clinic's operations by digitizing and optimizing their data management processes.
