Survey Manager Application

A step-by-step flow gives the pre-sale team a seamless experience when submitting a quote request. The process starts with creating an account and opportunity, adding products/partners/sales reps to the opportunity, creating quotes, adding notes, and uploading files.

The objective of this project is to develop a customized HR application using the Salesforce Service cloud product that will help streamline HR processes and increase efficiency. The application was designed to manage the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, and will include the following features:

• Employee Management: The application will provide HR with a centralized location to manage employee information, including personal information, job history, performance reviews, and training records.

• Case Management: Configure a portal for employees to submit complaints and make inquiries to HR.

• Survey Management: Configure a Survey management application for HR to get feedback from the employees.

• Reduction Inforce: Configure application for the HR department to make the RIF process smooth and integrate with the OneSpan system for employee digital signature.
