I was the primary developer on this fork of a Cloud Posse module using Terraform to implement security alerts in AWS, allowing the University of Colorado Boulder to pass the CIS 1.2 specification for AWS and achieve baseline security certification for hosting applications in AWS. By implementing the security alerts, I assured the central Office of Information Security that AWS could be used safely for low-security applications.
