Salesforce to NetSuite Bi-directional Sync

A bi-directional sync between Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite was developed using the Workato and MuleSoft platform, following a three-layer API-led architecture, utilizing synchronous and asynchronous processing strategies to handle the bulk of the data. Created re-usable APIs that could be re-employed in future implementations.

User Access Removal Automation

Automated removal of access for the user whenever someone leaves the organization by integrating workday data with the company's security software, saving time spent maintaining the same data in both systems, and increasing security by decreasing human errors. Also created a GraphQL API using MuleSoft to access user details from back-end systems, such as Workday and SAP.

Salesforce to NetSuite Case Sync

A bidirectional sync created for a large healthcare company which will sync the cases created in NetSuite or Salesforce with the other system in real time, handling complex business logic required for the user, category, and department assignment.

AWS SQS to Salesforce Sync

Listening to SQS messages in real-time, I created an account and entitlement object in Salesforce using MuleSoft. This involved using complex business logic to populate the fields and ensuring that the system downtime did not result in message loss.

REST API's for Accessing SAP Data

Created reusable REST APIs using MuleSoft for a large Middle Eastern client allowing the partner end systems access to the SAP to get the KPI's, allowing better reporting and increasing the customer engagement by utilizing the data for a customer loyalty program.
