We implemented a loan-disbursal-and-management system for some clients.

Two Wheeler Business Flow Automation (16 Months)
• Created mobile responsive VF pages for TW loan data entry.
• Handled complex unified calculations logic over the entire flow as well as on data entry phases through VF remoting.
• Designed integrations for Posidex, Multibureau, Hunter, and Finn One using REST and SOAP Framework.
• Implemented the mobile responsive verification module to verify telephone numbers and residence and office addresses.
• Designed the PDF documents that needed to be shared across the flow.
• Conducted business requirement discussions, task estimations, and distribution of the work to the module team of four.

Online TW Flow (Four Months)
• Designed three web services for automatic loan creation.
• Broke the original flow, into subparts for a better and faster experience for site users.
• Developed a web service for loan creation and web service for loan approval using the REST API.
• Made sure the loans created from online flow sync seamlessly into the Salesforce flow.

IMS Health

IMS Health wanted to leverage the marketing cloud and Salesforce syncing with an exact target to give their clients a way to embark, embrace, and transform the journey of their customers.

My Responsibilities in the Project:
• Configured the marketing cloud journey builder to facilitate multiple steps, branches, and segments for customers in the sales and marketing journey.
• Designed custom emails and using the email studio.
• Used the Salesforce cloud to cloud sync features for getting marketing cloud customer data.
• Designed Lightning components for customer use cases on the Salesforce side, for burndown charts, and calls location tracking.
• Designed the custom UI for IMS branding and integration with ADA Messages (their AI architecture).

Fairheads Implementation

Fairheads wanted to design a solution to help track and give benefits to the beneficiaries and guardians of the deceased and are associated with Fairheads funds.

My Responsibilities in the Project:
• Designed the entire data model upfront into Salesforce.
• Built five SLDS pages for a seamless integration into the Lightning experience while creating data with their complex validations and rendering requirements.
• Implemented data cleansing and migration from their SQL data structure into Salesforce of up to 1,00,000 records.
• Designed and implemented the ETA Community for their external trace agents.
• Implemented service console for the faster management of cases utilizing features of case milestones, omnichannel, and feed layouts.
• Created correspondence dynamic documents in PDFs of over 100 types of documents and more than ten templates used by Fairheads.

Pest Project Management

We wanted to create a project management and task estimate automatic calculation tool. It allows all new future projects to generate/recommend their estimate sheets automatically, using the previous effort sheets of existing projects.

My Responsibilities in the Project:
• Designed a data model and automation logic.
• Integrated a Gantt Chart DHTML library to create the project timeline as well as tasks and efforts on a single screen.

• Analyzed picklist and foreign key dependencies.
• Migrated from two unrelated organizations to a single one.
• Used Dell Boomi to map the processes for data migration graphically.

Davita DMX

DaVita, Inc. is one of the largest kidney care companies in the United States with their corporate headquarters in Denver, Colorado. Their offerings include in-center hemodialysis, in-center nocturnal dialysis, peritoneal dialysis, home hemodialysis, vascular access management, chronic kidney disease education, and renal diet assistance.

My Responsibilities in the Project:
• Designed the web-to-lead form with a captcha functionality.
• Designed the custom bulkified lead deduplication.
• Created a common reusable integration platform for REST calls in Salesforce.
• Implemented and designed an end-to-end event app (used Lightning) which is used both internally in Salesforce as well as on their website.
• Created the design and implemented an end-to-end survey app in Lightning so patients can take surveys.
• Designed for an in survey app a custom Lightning UI criteria screen to establish which patients are eligible for surveys.
• Crafted the design for an end-to-end clinician recruitment app.
• Integrated and designed a bird's eye review.
• Handled IE and EDGE compatibility concerning the Lightning components.
• Converted the implementation of an Aptuss project custom functionality to make it Lightning ready.

Baroque Group Concierge Services

Baroque Group is a luxury concierge services provider and manages its clients, vendors, and opportunities in Salesforce. Their business is divided into different business units: access, yacht requests, villa requests, aviation requests, and lifestyle magazine requests.

Main responsibilities in the project:
• Worked as a Salesforce admin for more than two years with Baroque.
• Helped map their business processes into Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud.
• Set up the entire CRM flow, clients as contacts, vendors as accounts, and requests as opportunities.
• Integrated their website's data hosted in AWS systems into Salesforce to have a single source of truth for customers and an opportunity pipeline. This was accomplished using REST APIs.
• Integrated their mobile app data into Salesforce using Salesforce REST web services.
• Transferred data updates back to AWS and the mobile app using REST API callouts.
• Created heat maps, reports, and dashboards for their CRM.
• Managing their marketing solution using Pardot.

Salesforce Einstein Traffic Management AI App

Here we used the Salesforce Einstein Vision API to classify live traffic statuses and used Salesforce Prediction IO for a smarter traffic signal management system. The project lasted for two months.

Lightning Web Component Implementation

The project was a proof of concept (PoC) to build a real-time chat component using Lightning web components (LWC).

Community Migration

An existing organization was using the enterprise edition for all its users and they wanted to convert their implementation to use partner communities as that was a justified business need and more suitable for the client.

• Built an end-to-end partner community for managing requests in various categories.
• Separated the rights based on record types so that users of a specific BU only see data related to their BU.
