2013 - 2019Readymind- Deployed over ten Microsoft System Center implementations (Service Manager, Operation Manager, Configuration Manager, and Orchestrator) for several enterprise customers, to manage their on-premise infrastructure and automate IT processes.
- Implemented Skype for Business Server for a customer to replace their legacy PBX system with high availability, in two sites, using Audio Codes SBCs and SBAs.
- Migrated over ten customers on-premise Microsoft Exchange deployment to Exchange Online (Office 365/Microsoft 365) or to a newer version of Microsoft Exchange Server.
- Developed a PowerShell script to backup virtual machines running in a Windows Server 2008 Hyper-V cluster—it saves the VM state, takes a disk snapshot, starts the VM again, and copies the VHD file to a file repository.
- Developed a PowerShell script to update Active Directory user's information from an HR management system—reducing the IT team administrative efforts of updating the users manually when HR makes a system change.
