Upgraded and maintained Humana's four IBM MDM and reference data management infrastructure instances.

I supported business-critical functions including member, consumer, and provider mastering. I also led teams implementing CI/CD delivery for MDM, assisted other teams in designs for leveraging master data in business functions, created an innovative data quality program, and reported quality progress at regular intervals.

Implemented a near real-time extension for member demographic updates from Salesforce using Azure, Kafka, and StreamSets.

I added error monitoring and data quality checks to harden the new process's operational components. I also modified MDM to generate golden records for real-time updates to send to downstream applications using Kafka and StreamSets.

Designed and built processes supporting Humana's migration to Azure Cloud to improve the speed of on-prem to cloud software migrations. I migrated MDM data to Databricks EDW and developed BI reporting to replace legacy reports generated by sunsetting proprietary software.

Integrated IBM's MDM into a new centralized identity validation and member mastering solution. The solution integrated across all lines of business and customer service, and IBM MDM would be the record system for all insured members. I also developed and tested the centralized APIs to integrate with all lines of business.

The centralized member identity is targeted to improve customer service, marketing, and fraud detection, resulting in over $20 million in benefits.

Designed and implemented a new member MDM data architecture to create a customer registry that integrates customers across five lines of business.

The resulting customer MDM is expected to improve understanding of member preferences and customers and increase cross-selling, resulting in millions of dollars in new marketing opportunities and improved customer satisfaction.

Designed and implemented IBM's MDM to master and consolidate the retailer's multiple customer masters, supporting customer rewards programs and vendor management. The design objective is to enable critical components of the retailer's strategic initiatives to improve customer marketing and understanding.

Designed and implemented IBM's party and product MDM solutions to master consumers and products for a shopping website featuring the retailer's and 3rd-party Amazon-like products. The solution required robust consumer mastering, comprehensive product mastering, and customer rewards program support.

The primary objective was to enable a critical component of the retailer's strategic initiatives to improve customer online marketing, generate sales from related products, and improve customer understanding.

Created a supply chain reporting application that integrates sales orders, delivery timeframes, manufacturing schedules, BOMs, inventory, and deliveries into this big data solution.

I provided operational improvements, including real-time order status, manufacturing ROIs, manufacturing alerts, and early notification of production delays. I also achieved multimillion-dollar financial improvements in production efficiencies, new marketing opportunities, and customer satisfaction.
