Azure - Twilio Sendgrid - Dynamics 365 Integration
A solution that integrates Dynamics CRM with an external Azure-hosted website and Sendgrid mail delivery service.
The company specialized in road assistance broaden their offered services with medical assistance (medicines delivery, medical advisory). In order to provide medicines and services to clients, it was necessary to obtain proof of medical condition from the client.
The final solution involved SMS and email delivery to the client using Sendgrid services with the possibility to take photographs and/or upload necessary documentation. The client would provide proof of medical condition hosted on the Azure platform. Dynamics CRM operators would be notified of data upload, consult the provided documentation and proceed with assistance organization.
