Towards Brains in the Cloud: A Biophysically Realistic Computational Model of Olfactory Bulb

I developed predictive models of olfactory neural circuits by synthesizing large unstructured datasets and generated insights into sensory information processing. I also created high-performance software packages to automatically detect and track movements using image processing and computer vision algorithms. In addition, I developed 3D software to visualize and edit complex neural networks. Finally, I identified the most efficient way to evaluate predictive neural cell models by extracting a large dataset and integrating clustering, machine learning, and optimization algorithms.
