CI/CD Implementation for Internal IT Infrastructure

New internal IT infrastructure for a large enterprise company. The key points for the new infrastructure requirements were immutability and idempotency. I led the CI/CD stream and managed a team of six DevOps engineers. Our main focus area was the automation of the build and deployment of various internal software like Jenkins, TestRail, and Jira. The project lasted more than a year; during which, we developed many Terraform modules, Packer templates, Ansible roles, Jenkins pipelines, and fully adopted the IAC approach.
