Drove the implementation of Power BI solutions to enhance the efficiency and reliability of data consumption for the US taxation and finance team at Manulife. I leveraged the data from the data lake and developed 25 highly complex book roll-forward statutory reporting solutions in Power BI.

To ensure alignment with stakeholders, I conducted comprehensive discovery sessions to understand business requirements and define the scope. I developed, implemented, and maintained large data models in Power BI, utilizing SQL and Power Query M scripts for efficient data loading and transformation. I also worked closely with statutory reporting and US tax teams to provide targeted data and analytics oversight.

Additionally, I engaged with senior executives to showcase the versatility of Power BI for tailored, on-demand reporting, ensuring transparency by crafting strategic and technical blueprints and maintaining detailed project documentation.

Led all Power BI report development and deployment efforts at CCI Global Technologies, focusing on delivering embedded analytics solutions for prominent clients such as BMW, BASF, Subaru, and Rivian. I implemented row-level security and benchmarking capabilities, resulting in a remarkable 35% year-to-date increase in overall billable connections.

I managed the development and maintenance of Power BI reports, embedding them into client applications and portals. Actively collaborating with external business users, I gathered BI data, such as report and dashboard requirements, translating them into technical specifications to align with project objectives.

Additionally, I designed, developed, and maintained user-friendly Power Apps solutions for implementing data write-back features. I also stayed up to date with industry best practices for BI through active research and documentation efforts.

Transformed overall business data into enterprise-grade BI and analytics solutions using Power BI and ERP platforms. I enabled stakeholders to make informed business decisions by providing access to important eCommerce and performance data—achieving significant growth in revenue and market share.

I focused our efforts on creating data models and dashboards for the eCommerce, sales, and marketing teams—covering retail, institutional, and online sales, inventory, and marketing analytics. I developed a near-real-time eCommerce sales dashboard, offering up-to-the-hour insights into marketing and promotional events. We achieved a 23% reduction in cart abandonment—substantially growing online sales by up to 15% per product year over year.

Revenue also increased by 8.9%, and operational overheads decreased by 15% after I led efforts to resolve inventory management deficits by creating and maintaining an in-stock report, optimizing production levels, and improving forecasting accuracy.

Finally, I deployed real-time reports for marketing campaigns and a KPI dashboard to measure campaign metrics—increasing market shares from 27% to 55% for the leading brand, Body Buddy, in two years while competing with more economical brands by 40%.
