A custom eCommerce solution developed in Salesforce to handle telecommunications business such as selling mobiles, sim, and different plans.

As the technical lead, I handled one of the teams and led the design and development of case management and its entire lifecycle. I worked on order management, where customers place their mobile orders, sim cards, and plans. I contributed to the payment gateway integration to manage customer payments.

A Salesforce-based application that manages the complete lifecycle of the agents, such as hiring, rehiring, termination, role change, and business unit transfer.

As a senior engineer working on the project, I handled end-to-end modules and guided junior team members. I designed and developed a community for agents to do onboarding and paperwork. I handled the integration with ServiceNow to perform the agent's application access automation. I also conducted integration with Duo to associate tokens to agents to perform logins.

I designed and developed processes in Boomi to integrate Salesforce with other systems.

A Salesforce-based application used by higher management to review their organization's user accesses.

As a senior developer in the team, I did a low-level design and implemented the solution in Salesforce. As a full-stack developer, I developed a front-end module to display all the users and certification data.

I integrated Salesforce with the Identity product to access all the certificate data and successfully deployed it to production, along with proper monitoring and alerting mechanisms.
