Los Angeles Metro Transportation Authorization Project | PMIS Implementation

Implemented cost management applications, EcoSys EPC, and customized functions inside the application and developed custom cost reports and charts to meet the capital program's requirements. I designed and implemented the contract modification process using the EcoSys cost module for the regional connect project.

Also, I created and implemented the funding management module for Highway Group to manage the numerous funding and grant streams and track the progress on those streams.

Additionally, I facilitated requirements definition by holding workshops with many project staff members to define and document functional, system, and data requirements. Finally, I was a member of the system design team at LA Metro, which focused on system integration strategies between SharePoint, EcoSys EPC, Primavera P6, and CM13.
