  • Created an email reminder system for users who save lessons for later and then forget, reaching out to them once every few days to get them back on the platform. The tool had two times more engagement than any other email series we had run.
  • Built a tool for managing lessons, taking a process from multiple spreadsheets and documents and merging it into one place using Retool and PostgreSQL. Lessons were completed in less than half the time and better tracked with the new tool.
  • Optimized the processing of images downloaded on the platform, saving 70% of our bandwidth by delivering properly sized images in modern formats.
