Land Gorilla — Inspection App

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.landgorilla.vendors
A Kotlin-based mobile application that allows inspectors to perform building inspections, take photos as proofs, and upload them as part of an inspection report.

This was a project I started from scratch, defining an architecture decision record to make sure I was taking the correct technical design decisions to implement all the requirements.

The application uses technologies like Android Navigation components, Retrofit, coroutines, and WorkManager API.

I successfully delivered this project one month and a half before the project deadline.

Bank Application for PNC

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pnc.ecommerce.mobile
A mobile banking Android Java-based application developed on top of many framework components that my team built for authentication, security, and user risk management.

The main goal while working on PNC was to create a high-performance application that allowed users to feel safe while making transactions or other critical banking operations.

The PNC Mobile is considered one of the best mobile banking applications because of its excellent UX and its high number of features. It is rated 4.6/5 in the Google Play Store, and it has more than five million downloads.

AI Model for Cervical Cancer Risk Prediction

https://doi.org/10.15381/rpcs.v2i1.16360
An AI model built using R, Python, and Netica, which predicts the risk of cervical cancer in women.

I designed and developed this system from scratch as the sole developer, with the help of the medical staff that shared cervical cancer-related domain knowledge.

The model I created obtained a 96.124% success rate, and the research was successfully presented at the National University of San Marcos in Peru. A paper describing the whole project is currently published in the "Revista peruana de computación y sistemas."
