Implemented VeriPark's VeriTouch product, built on top of Microsoft CRM Dynamics, for VIP clients across regions. This product made CRM dynamics very productive for the banking industry by improving the customer experience, minimize the customer onboarding time and delivering enhanced customer service by providing configurable sales processes specific to each product and line of business and customer enrollment. This provides a guided process for onboarding a new customer on the assisted channels and brings together all customer and broker data into one single source of truth with detailed customer insights. This shows cross-sell and up-sell recommendations based on the customer segment, providing automated processes for resolving complaints and service requests. Once a complaint or a request is captured, it's automatically routed to relevant back-office queues for fulfillment providing standardized KYC capturing processes and business rules to enforce the collection and capture of the required customer information and documents.
