SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation
I built this project's SAP supply chain implementation team, collaborating with an implementation partner to interview and onboard team members. The project involved building and finalizing timelines based on the project scope, defining the data conversion strategy, and scheduling project phases for mock cutover and product cutover times. I also participated in the steering committee meetings with senior IT leads to provide inputs on project progress. In addition, I led the team during requirement workshops and discussion sessions for gathering business requirements.
The source-to-pay (S2P) solutions designed during this project covered:
• Purchase orders, electronic data interchange (EDI), advanced shipping notice (ASN), goods receipt, and invoicing
• Sourcing master data systems
• Allocations
• Replenishment processes, including allocation, STOs, outbound and inbound deliveries, and intercompany billing

• Multiple custom developments

This project involved designing new integrations with AI solutions. I handled all outbound interfaces from SAP to inventory smart solutions and created the inbound interface for PO and STO creation. I also collaborated on designing a new supersession functionality for the business utilizing SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP Fiori. Currently, the project is in the development phase in collaboration with the client's offshore team.
