Multi-platform Customer Support System

Served as a group leader to design, create specifications, and deliver QA and implementation work for a customer service requirements system for a bank. Results included the integration of requirements from the call center, mobile app, chats, and IVR. Created a methodology for the timely resolution of work orders.
