Consolidated balance sheets and the income statement
data were obtained on the accounts of companies from different countries. This information was needed to get each item in the profit and loss account.

Each year, accounts are entered in a table editable by users. The exchange rates for the report are calculated automatically at the end of the period. The NBP exchange rate on the last day of the period is used in the balance sheet.

The NBP weighted average exchange rate for the period is used in the income statement. Data for the report is generated automatically during the process performed at night. Thanks to this, the report for the user is carried out in a few seconds. We can see in the columns on the screen the companies' amounts in the accounting currency of the given country.

We see the consolidated sum previously converted to the parent company's currency in the last column.

The automatic creation of customer orders from the incoming XML file in SOAP IFS format was prepared.

The IT specialist prepared an FTP link for the client. Further handling of the incoming order was ready in multiple steps.
1. The order is created automatically with the appropriate type.
2. It is checked whether items from the customer list have been ordered and if they are in stock.
3. If so, the order is automatically activated, and an email with information is sent to the customer and the merchant.
4. If not, the order is not activated, and we also send an email to the customer and the merchant with information on what is missing.
5. The order is automatically reserved in stock after activation, and shipment is created. The warehouse further handles the order.

This procedure has significantly streamlined the order handling process, which takes place without the participation of a trader.

Electronic invoicing for the Italian market has been implemented in IFS Applications. It is mandatory for public companies and optional for private companies. The possibility to generate an XML file from the application has been added. It conforms to the template described on page Fatturapa.gov.it. I worked on this project during my IFS employment.

During work in IFS Marek, I was designated to be the owner of a business performance product. My responsibility was to perform training to colleagues in consulting and help the pre-sales area by presenting the product to the customers. The product was built Scorecard and OLAP cubes. OLAP cubes were defined in Microsoft Analysis Services and presented with ProClarity.
