Database software integrates information from the production system of the law firm (case status, letters, and planned actions) with the HR system (information about employees' presence, vacations, and sick days). These changes resulted in automatically reassigning tasks for employees and implementing a reporting and controlling unit for top management. A MicroStrategy Business Intelligence front supported this.

Custom made database software supporting management in monitoring performance of debt collectors within the company (in-office as well as field collectors). Fully configurable system reflecting the daily performance of the employees together with the collected amount in comparison with their target. Availability for the managers was achieved using a MicroStrategy front end. The software was assessed by employees as “much more fair than the previous model.” The project contained the initial analysis, development, tests, and consultations with the representatives of employees.

Database software written within the Danish system TIA, allowing underwriters to define authorization profiles used for the automatic acceptance of insurance policies based on granted levels. The software verifies the total allowable limit granted in the policy based on risk. In the event of a breach or suspicious activity, the case is then individually assessed by an underwriter. After approval, the issuing of the policy may be completed by the agent.

The project assumed a complete revolution of the debt collection process within the insurance client company. Previously, the client used an Access database to send letters to its debtors monthly.

Within the project, the entire process has been automated. The Client can define multiple debt collection strategies, depending on the parameters and importance of the particular policy, which are automatically assigned to them past the due date. Debt collection scenarios manage the flow of e-mails, text messages, and letters. Within the electronic content, pay links are generated for debtors' convenience. Handling unpaid cases has also been implemented, recommending the following steps: immediate contract termination, litigation processing, etc.

The project was a huge success in both cost reduction and increased success rate in the debt collection process.
