Matt is a hands-on software technology leader who thrives in fast-paced environments. He is passionate about using code and software to come up with solutions to real problems. The more vague and ambiguous the problem statement, the faster he dives into it. Throughout his career, Matt has experienced the full gamut of company stages; he built companies, helped others build companies, and he has also been part of large corporations.

XW Stats

https://xwstats.com/
A free web app where New York Times crossword subscribers can see deep statistics about how fast they solve crossword puzzles. I built this solo project from scratch and grew to over 700 active users in less than one year. To date, the app has processed and analyzed over 400,000 individually solved puzzles.

Verge Golf

https://verge.golf
A freemium web and mobile app for golfers to record scores and gain insights about their golf game specifics. The app provides all golfers access to an advanced metric and strokes gained that is typically only available to professionals. I performed all of the development work on the product, and a colleague completed the UX design work.
