An open-source repository of HTML, Sass/CSS, and JavaScript (ES6) components and/or example code for commonly used UI features, such as loading animations, hero banners, different parallax effect implementations, hover effects for buttons, and much more.

Each component is a small collection of files—HTML, Sass, CSS, and JavaScript on some—which can be used independently of other code and customized to fit seamlessly into an existing codebase. They are meant to provide developers with a minimal foundation of code so they can further style and accommodate to their own projects.

I write all of the code for all of the components, maintain the repository, and deploy live demo pages for each. It is ongoing, and new components are added periodically, as well as also handling the code revisions for those previously added.

FolioClique is a web app for teams to manage projects and their respective tasks. It features overview pages that provide quick visual feedback of each member's and project's progress with their assigned tasks. Other features include detailed views of each member, project, and task; task sorting, filtering, and search; user authentication and registration; member invitations; and comment sections for each individual task.

This project started out as an assignment for a web development course, and as such was fully developed—front end and back end—and is currently being further developed and maintained by me. Additionally, I was in charge of the full planning process from start to finish, including specifications for the MVP features, wireframe and mockup design of each view, prototyping basic behavior with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and implementing the full app functionality using React, Node.js, and SQL.

Remnant Tribes is an entertainment website for an ongoing story narrated in comic format. The website hosts a paginated section of each page of the comic, with periodic updates. Additional features include a blog section, an interactive click-and-drag map, an image gallery of character illustrations, and other static pages.

Not only are the story and art my own original creations, but I also designed and developed the site from start to finish, including planning wireframes and user flow, color palette, mockups, and translating these designs into a WordPress theme. It involved taking advantage of several of WordPress's development APIs, such as custom post types, custom loops, custom fields, widgets, and shortcodes. I also took care of deployment using a basic commercial hosting service, and I currently maintain the site.
