After Gutenberg entered the market, Everhour wanted to bring the new editing experience. I converted the pure HTML and shortcode-based features into custom Gutenberg block types.

The client had an idea to launch a local news website, which could become an excellent entry point for small town-based websites in the area. To deliver this challenging project, I've built a set of WordPress plugins and themes.
The final system consists of web crawlers that search for new articles, fetch pages, and extract text and images. The WordPress-based core analyzes text patterns, combines relevant articles into stories, rates articles by source authority, and produces personalized newsfeeds based on users' preferences.
