I designed and architected a Google-like enterprise knowledge hub, a globally used application that integrates multiple line-of-business (LOB) systems. This large-scale system streamlines data access and business processes across departments, providing a central knowledge base for the entire organization.

I created a scalable, custom enterprise application leveraging SharePoint, Power Platform, Graph API, and Azure. This enabled seamless access to organizational knowledge and improved collaboration. I also built an enterprise-wide integration framework connecting Salesforce and Costpoint, providing unified access to critical project, procurement, and contract data.

I engineered tailored solutions using HTML, JavaScript, Azure Functions, and Power Platform to meet specific business requirements. To enhance efficiency and deployment, I implemented CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, improving processes like story grooming, sprint planning, and task allocation within an Agile framework.

Throughout the project, I provided technical leadership and mentored teams to ensure progress. I worked with stakeholders to align the solutions with broader business goals, ensuring the success of the enterprise knowledge hub.

In this project, I designed and developed scalable applications using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Dataverse. I focused on aligning these applications with business objectives to enhance functionality and streamline operations. I also led the migration of legacy Nintex workflows to Power Automate, optimizing processes and significantly reducing licensing costs.

I directed the migration of SharePoint environments from on-premise to online using ShareGate. In this process, I replaced legacy custom solutions with SPFx, Power Apps, and Power Automate, improving functionality and increasing efficiency across the organization. Additionally, I managed a team of more than five members, overseeing Level 2 and Level 3 support tickets to ensure smooth operations and quick issue resolution.

One of my key achievements in this project was championing the adoption of the Power Platform. This shift enabled scalable, cost-effective process automation, improving workflows and greater efficiency for the entire organization.

The customer used the Microsoft 365 SharePoint workflow engine for Nintex to support various workflows across the organization. On April 17, 2023, Microsoft announced the retirement of the existing SharePoint 2013 workflow engine in Microsoft Office 365, effective April 1, 2024. The workflow engine was set to be fully retired and removed from existing tenants by April 1, 2026. As a result, the customer transitioned from Nintex Workflow for Office 365 Classic to the Nintex Automation Cloud (NAC), a cloud-hosted workflow solution.
