Business Transformation
BCBS/NHS is a health insurance provider, medicare administrative contractor, and private healthcare insurer servicing hospitals, physicians, members, and third-party vendors. I partnered with the CIO, the chief architect, VPs, and business owners to work on a request for proposal and a proof of concept to find the appropriate solution for the BCBS business transformation initiative with a budget of $15 million for both the commercial and government lines of business. I worked on developing and implementing various enterprise architecture patterns, integration types, and architecture frameworks, including TOGAF.
