    • Built competitive intelligence dashboards that enabled VIP mobile, leading telco operator in Serbia, to gain a centralized view on all competitor's activities in the telco market and combine insights with internal data like pricing and sales.     • Created a unique social media monitoring tool by using Python, MariaDB, PDI, and Tableau, which is used for qualitative and quantitative social media competitive intelligence tracking and comparative performance bench-marking.
    • Designed and developed a set of unique market intelligence products that are collecting data from unstructured web data sources and transforming them into user-friendly actionable reports used by many European clients in energetics, telco, and finance industries.     • Built a customer experience monitoring and reaction system that has helped Telenor Denmark to locate all events that have been decreasing customer experience levels by monitoring interactions with the mobile network, points of sales, and contact center.     Developed from scratch and managing reporting portfolio and online reporting portal of a large telco operator in the EU region. In a 4-year period, delivered and managed more than a hundred complex on-line reports and dashboards that are being used by almost 80 users in marketing, sales, and finance departments on various positions: executives, directors, and line managers.     End-to-end responsible for design, development, and delivery of onSpot Competitive Intelligence Tracker system - a tool for tracking activities of competitors on national markets from various data sources, used by many telco companies in the EU region. CIT scans web sites of local companies competitors collects tenths of thousands of prices, offers, and promotions and delivers fast notifications on market changes, online analytics, pricing, and competitive bench-marking capabilities, It provides very reliable, up-to-date, standardized and detailed data from unstructured market data to a number of departments, such as customer value management, terminal management, products and services, pricing, controlling and sales. A tool is developed in the MariaDB database, uses several customized and commercial data scrapping tools including Python, Pentaho Data Integration for data transformation, and Tableau Server for OLAP reporting and analytics.

    Developed online dashboards and email reports for visualizing data from competitive intelligence data monitoring tools in Tableau. The tool collects large amounts of unstructured data from telco, energetics, and FMCG company's web sites and delivers almost 800 structured consolidated KPIs on a daily level. More than a hundred custom dashboards and 40 email reports have been created in a period of four years for clients in Tableau. They have been split into several groups and areas based on industry, specific client's needs, and executive levels.

    One set of dashboards enabled clients' executives to get very aggregated and focused top-level updates only on relevant competitor's activities on Web sites. The second set of dashboards enabled product, pricing, and sales managers to conduct an in-depth analysis of competitor's activities, conduct competitive price, product, and service benchmarking, build and update pricing models. The third set of reports is being sent by email to relevant departments enabling them to get almost real-time updates on competitor's new products and services and price changes.

    The reports are being used by a dozen companies in the EU region in telco, energetics, and FMCG industries.

    Leading company's #1 priority project that positioned Telenor Serbia as a leader in Telenor group data analytics. Besides project and team management, responsible for documentation and alignment of all relevant KPIs, reports, and data-related processes in marketing, finance, and technology departments, implementation of MDM and data quality management procedures used to maintain data quality company-wide. This one-year lasting project has delivered state-of-the-art Oracle Exadata DWH hardware system, eight analytical business areas on top of customized Teradata telco data model, four customer data-marts, and hundreds of OBIEE online reports.
