  • HPI Service

    It was the implementation for the service module along with Field Service for HP Inc. As the developer on this project, I extended the solution as per client requirements using custom activity, plugins, and workflows. The Configure Field Service mobile application was based on the Resco platform and configured resource schedule optimization for assigned work orders automatically. I created Azure web jobs to update records and to integrate third-party APIs and an SSRS report based on FetchXML queries. I implemented the Microsoft Fakes for unit testing and coded as per StyleCOP, FxCop, and Code Matrix.

  • HUL Connected Coffee

    This was a Connected Field Service project where we integrated HUL coffee machines with Dynamics CRM, auto-created work orders, and implemented the FS mobile app for their field agents. I led the Resco development and extended the CRM using IoT Integration, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, and Resco.Net (Field Service Mobile App)

  • Nalco Water - Field of Dreams

    Implemented Nalco Water for the field service of the company. The solution has now been extended to support their district sales and service teams, which can efficiently provide services at the client’s location.
